Atane Okhemeghimi E.

Principal Manager, Operations

Mr. Atane O. Emmanuel holds a B.Sc. in Accounting from the University of Benin, Benin City, Edo State and MBA in Management from the University of Uyo, Akwa Ibom State. He is a member of the Institute of Loan and Risk Management, Nigeria. Mr. Atane has served in various capacities, as a pioneer staff in SOH Nigeria Limited, as a Control Officer with Adebost Consulting and Regional Auditor with LAPO- Lift Above Poverty Organisation from 2003- 2009 both in Benin city and Oyo States. He was central to the development of many pilot programmes and was part of the team that monitored, planned and evaluated several policies that took the organization to where it was then in 2009 before joining PCD- Pillars of Community Development in 2010. He has attended several programmes that exposed him to various developments in management and micro finance issues.He has facilitated in numerous training programmes and has brought about an enormous experience to Pillars of Community Development (PCD) operations.


Imaobong Udousoro

Manager, Port Harcourt Division

Mrs. Udousoro has a B.Sc in Microbiology from the University of Calabar, Cross River State. She started Credit Administration and Monitoring in Micro-finance Institution through an extensive training and association with Lift Above Poverty Organisation, Benin City. She has attended workshops on Industrial Training Fund, Business and Development Performance Management. She is a member of Nigerian Institute of Management, Institute of Loan and Risk Management and currently running a programme in Nigerian Instituted of Personnel Management. She is highly self-motivated and so passionate to serve humanity.



Aniekan Ikanke

Manager, Accounts + Treasury

Mrs. Ikanke is a holder of Higher National Diploma in Accounting from Akanu Ibiam Federal Polythenic, Unwana, Ebonyi State and currently undergoing a Postgraduate Diploma programme in Business Administration from the University of Uyo. She has extensive experience in financial and cost management and series of on-the-job training in Accounting for Microfinance. She is as an Associate Member of the Institute of Loan and Risk Management of Nigeria and a student member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). Before joining PCD, she had worked with Equipment Business and Allied Services Limited in the Accounts and Operations Department.


Lawrence Etukudo(JP)

Head, Monitoring and Inspection

Mr. Etukudo holds a B.Sc in Finance/Banking from the University of Calabar in 1984. Before joining PCD in 2012, he worked in Cooperative Development Bank Ltd (now First City Monument Bank Plc) as Banking Officer 1. Lawrence has also worked in Nsehe Microfinance Bank Ltd and Uniuyo Microfinance Bank Ltd. He has attended many finance-related courses organized by the Central Bank of Nigeria and Financial Institutions Training Centre. Mr. Etukudo meticulous experience over the years is an asset to PCD.


Aniekan Ananga

Head, Information+Communication Technology

Mr. Ananga holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Calabar, Cross River State. He is an Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) and a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS). Aniekan has ten years of experience in IT. He has worked with Aptech as a Faculty and in AfriHUB Nig Ltd as Training Manager. Aniekan brings to PCD the experience in implementing cutting edge technology in affordable manner.


Torobong Akpaetor (Esq)

Head, Administration + Legal

Torobong Akpaetor (Esq) started his career with PCD as a Credit Officer with a B. A (Hons) in History and International Studies. In 2012, he resigned his appointment as Head of our Abak Branch to study Law at the University of Uyo. He graduated from the Nigerian Law School in 2015 and, again joined the organization as Head of Human Capital and Administration. He is a member: Nigeria Institute of Management (2009). He brings his wealth of knowledge and experience as a Lawyer to address the growing challenges of delinquent staff and to professionally anchor manpower development issues apposite to our growth.



Ime Akpan
Head, AKS III Division
Mr Ime Akpan holds a B.SC in Accounting from the University of Uyo. He has served as a marketing executive in Industrial and General Insurance Company (IGI) as well as Standard Alliance Life Assurance Limited. He signed off to share in the vision of PCD as a Credit Officer and grew to the position of a Divisional Head where his knowledge of Credit and Treasury Management is brought to the fore.

 


Anietie Umoh
Head, AKS II Division
Mr Anietie Umoh holds a B.Sc in Statistics from The University of Uyo, Akwa Ibom State. He is a member of Institute of Loan and Risk Management Nigeria. He has grown with the organization since 2009, from the position of a credit officer to the position of Divisional Head.

 


Akaninyene Essien
Head, Lagos Region
Akaninyene Essien is a Microfinance Practitioner with more than Nine (9) years of professional work experience in Customer Service, Credit, Operations and Training. He holds a B.Ed. degree from the University of Calabar and also a Microfinance Trainer Certification from Tokyo Development Learning Center, the World Bank. He’s an alumnus of UNICAL (Nigeria), TDLC (Japan), CHPD (United Kingdom), and LAMED (Nigeria) among others. He is passionate about financial inclusion and poverty reduction among Local Communities.

 


Uduak Akpan
Head, CRS I Division
Uduak Akpan is customer service professional with seven years experience on microfinance enterprise supervising a team to deliver excellence in customer service and, identifying and converting business opportunities. He has attended professional trainings on Microfinance to enable him excel in the fast paced business environment. He brings to PCD ambition and determination to bring success to his team.

 


Unwana Akpan
Head, CRS II Division
Unwana Akpan joined Pillars of Community Development as a Credit Officer. Due to her hard work and success driven attitude, she was promoted within a short period to the position of a Branch Head. She has headed so many Branches. Her dedication, experience and trainings have made her rise to her current position.
