Obong Nsima Umoh

He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Pillars of Community Development (PCD). As a seasoned banker for over twenty years, his core banking areas cover Credits, Treasury, Corporate Finance and Operations. He worked in Union Bank PLC, Prudent Finance Limited, Commercial Bank (Credit Lyonnais Nigeria) Limited and Universal Trust Bank Ltd. His vision is to provide leadership that will create prosperity and lift more of our people out of poverty using the vehicle of PCD. He holds a Ph. D in Geography and Environmental Science majoring in Population, Environment and Development. He is a Life Fellow, Nigerian Conservation Foundation: Fellow, Nigerian Institute of Management: Fellow, The Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria: Fellow, Chartered Institute of Loans and Risk Management of Nigeria and Fellow, Environmental Management Association of Nigeria.

ATANE OKHEMEGHIMI E.

Mr. Atane O. Emmanuel holds a B.Sc. in Accounting from the University of Benin, Benin City, Edo State and MBA in Management from the University of Uyo, Akwa Ibom State. He is a member of the Institute of Loan and Risk Management, Nigeria. Mr. Atane has served in various capacities, as a pioneer staff in SOH Nigeria Limited, as a Control Officer with Adebost Consulting and Regional Auditor with LAPO(Lift Above Poverty Organization) from 2003- 2009 both in Benin city and Oyo States. He was central to the development of many pilot programmes and was part of the team that monitored, planned and evaluated several policies that took the organization to where it was then in 2009 before joining Pillars of Community Development in 2010. He has attended several programmes that exposed him to various developments in management and microfinance.

IMAOBONG UDOUSORO

Mrs. Ubong obtained her B.Sc. degree from University of Calabar, Cross River State. She started Credit Administration and Monitoring in Micro-finance Institution through an extensive training and association with Lift Above Poverty Organisation, Benin City. She has attended workshops on Industrial Training Fund, Business and Development Performance Management. She is a member of Nigerian Institute of Management, Institute of Loan and Risk Management and currently running a programme in Nigerian Institute of Personnel Management. She is highly self-motivated and so passionate to serve humanity.

Manager, Accounts + Treasury

ANIEKAN IKANKE

Mrs. Oliver is a holder of Higher National Diploma in Accounting from Akanu Ibiam Federal Polythenic, Unwana, Ebonyi State and currently undergoing a Postgraduate Diploma programme in Business Administration from the University of Uyo. She has extensive experience in financial and cost management and series of on-the-job training in Accounting for Microfinance. She is an Associate Member of the Institute of Loan and Risk Management of Nigeria and a student member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). Before joining PCD, she had worked with Equipment Business and Allied Services Limited in the Accounts and Operations Department.

Mr. Aniekan Ananga

Mr. Ananga holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Calabar, Cross River State. He is an Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) and a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS). Aniekan has 10 years of experience in IT. He has worked with Aptech as a Faculty and in AfriHUB Nig Ltd as Training Manager. Aniekan brings to PCD the experience in implementing cutting edge technology in affordable manner.

MR. Ime Akpan

Mr Ime Akpan had served as a marketing executive in Industrial and General Insurance Company (IGI) as well as Standard Alliance Life Assurance Limited. He signed off to share in the vision of PCD as a Credit Officer and grew to the position of a Divisional Head where his knowledge of Credit and Treasury Management is brought to the fore.

Uduak Akpan is a customer service professional with seven years experience on microfinance enterprise supervising a team to deliver excellence in customer service and, identifying and converting business opportunities. He has attended professional trainings on Microfinance to enable him excel in the dynamic business environment. He brings to PCD ambition and determination to succeed.
